“Dylan our Verizon Representative in Berlin, Wi. was great, very knowledgable, he worked quickly on transferring our service and numbers from TMobile to Verizon . I really appreciated how quickly he was able to expedite our requests, and also work with others that came in as well.
Great job Verizon and Dylan!”

“Wade provided excellent customer service. He was very patient and spent a lot of time trying to resolve my issue. He went above and beyond, especially from the usual customer service provided by most retailers, including other Verizon locations.”
