“Best aged and super sharp cheddar 🧀. I'm not one to drop 5 stars but this deserves it. You can get aged Cheddar cheese at half the cost of the real aged and I'm telling you it's not much different. Has the crystals in it while you chew. If your into aged Cheddar you know what I'm talking about. Cheese curds are awesome. String cheese is hot or miss for me but 3.5* on avg. I like dry salty string cheese it should peel without mushing while trying to do so. I drive from Racine Wi to this location or Wayawega a couple times a year just for this taste. Mars cheese castle is 10 minutes from my house so that should say a lot.”
