“Imad(I believe that was his name ) he's the younger gentleman about later 20s early 30s was extremely helpful he figured out the issue ( which cricket tech and support couldn't) and gave me a new free Sim card even though the one I had got was brand new and that seemed to fix the issue. He definitely knows what he is doing and I appreciate the help! Cricket is always been a pleasure to work with and specially this cricket store!”

“Largest selection of used audio gear I’ve seen. They have everything from receivers, to speakers to turntables and cassette decks. Plus what seems like infinite aisles of media to put that stuff to use. Fair prices, though I do sometimes find two copies of the same exact record with different prices.”

“I had to cancel my Internet Service because I got a new account with T-Mobile. I called customer service, first I was on hold for 38 minutes. I called again and took longer but finally a nice lady tried to help me. After all that time, something went wrong and she was not able to help me. I decided to go to the store, T-mobile in Cudahy is the closest to home. It was 20 minutes before 8pm (their closing time), when I arrived, and this nice person, her name is Yadi, helped me with the most professionalism and always with a smile (which is what you always wish when you really need help). Thank you Yadi, you are a Star! P.s. The whole crew is very nice there.”

“I recently had a vintage tube amplifier repaired by Ultra Fidelis and the experience was entirely positive from start to finish. Jon was very accommodating and expedited my repair due to my time/travel constraints. Dominique and his other staff members were also very polite and professional. On top of their high level of service, the small but gorgeous showroom is packed with beautiful pieces of audio equipment on display! Highly recommend Ultra Fidelis for anyone looking for new/used HiFi gear or equipment repairs. Thank you again, Jon!”

But they immediately ordered it directly from their warehouse and had it mailed right to me. Shipping was completely free, and it arrived in just a couple of days. “Target has always been my go-to when it comes to picking up the essentials as well as where I go to make a quick stop and grab something in need. The atmosphere in the store is welcoming, neat, and the layout of the store shows me that every detail is thought through to make the user experience relaxing. What I found truly helpful is their app that allows you to find the item, the isle, the availability, and coupons/discounts that I can use on my purchase. This Target app definitely sets them apart from their top competitors. It is super convenient to scan your barcode and gain these rewards, but for me it is almost impossible to even access the app when I am at the Target near my house. The building is almost a deadzone when it comes to cell service and because of this I have lost many possible rewards and savings, which is pretty disappointing. If there could be a solution to either the lack of cell service or the inability to access the app when offline, that would make the Target experience a lot better.”

“Went to T-Moble to upgrade two phones. Customer Service Rep Rubi was outstanding. I'm not tech smart. Rubi took her time to explain the new phones. Answered all my questions. Trust me I had many questions. I would highly recommend the T-Mobile in Oak Creek.”
