“Imad(I believe that was his name ) he's the younger gentleman about later 20s early 30s was extremely helpful he figured out the issue ( which cricket tech and support couldn't) and gave me a new free Sim card even though the one I had got was brand new and that seemed to fix the issue. He definitely knows what he is doing and I appreciate the help! Cricket is always been a pleasure to work with and specially this cricket store!”

“Miguel and Rose were both so kind and helpful. I was in there on two separate occasions this week. Miguel helped us upgrade three phones, was so patient, even came out to my car with me to get my Apple CarPlay working when I couldn’t figure it out. When I came back in a few days later, Rose was very helpful and turning in some of the phones for credit and it took a very long time because I was struggling with Passwords and codes, and she never made me feel rushed or made me feel bad. This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at AT&T store with the two of them.”

“Mara gets 5 stars. She was one of the most knowledgeable, friendly and caring ATT representatives I've ever encountered. She went above and beyond. I would make her a manager. I do wish the store had pre-paid phones to buy or that they could put the phone i did buy onto the pre-paid plan I already had. But that seems to be a company decision, not anything the representatives did. I encountered that situation at multiple ATT stores.”

“I had gone to Brookfield location for At&T near Charles swab because I had put in order 7 hours prior to pickup, when I came to pickup they said it didn't seem ready for pickup and didn't know if I would be getting the phone today. I was very disappointed so I called the location on 76th if I would be able to pick one up today and in less than 10mins I was out the door thanks to Patrick, if I ever have any problems from now on I will be going to Patrick only.”

“This store on West Wisconsin Ave. was great. When I recently purchased a new Motorola phone from this T-Mobile location, they didn't have the specific case I really wanted in stock for it. But they immediately ordered it directly from their warehouse and had it mailed right to me. Shipping was completely free, and it arrived in just a couple of days. Fantastic customer service here!! 📦 📲”

“I had to cancel my Internet Service because I got a new account with T-Mobile. I called customer service, first I was on hold for 38 minutes. I called again and took longer but finally a nice lady tried to help me. After all that time, something went wrong and she was not able to help me. I decided to go to the store, T-mobile in Cudahy is the closest to home. It was 20 minutes before 8pm (their closing time), when I arrived, and this nice person, her name is Yadi, helped me with the most professionalism and always with a smile (which is what you always wish when you really need help). Thank you Yadi, you are a Star! P.s. The whole crew is very nice there.”

“The employees at this store were amazing! We came in to upgrade our phones, and Brittany was absolutely outstanding. Even though the store was very busy, she stayed calm, was incredibly patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. We ended up being there for quite a while because my phone was acting up, but throughout the entire process Brittany kept checking on us and made sure everything was taken care of. The manager, Jake, was also fantastic - very attentive, helpful, and professional. I can’t recommend Brittany, Jake, and this store enough!”

“I had a wonderful experience at this cellphone store. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to explain all my options without any pressure to upsell, which I really appreciated. The store had a great selection of phones, accessories, and service plans at competitive prices. The representative helped me transfer all my data quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new phone or reliable repairs. I will definitely be coming back in the future!”
