Though this breakdown is no fault of Ace, they immediately took ownership of this issue and handled it very professionally. “We shop here because we feel like it is more small scale than the big box stores however our feed we need is slightly more expensive here. Disappointed though as the last couple of times we have stopped in, the staff were not very friendly. We may rethink our choice of feed stores if we continue to experience this.”
