“Today I went to the quick trip across the street from my house and there was a new guy working there. He ended up being from store number 450 and his name is Jon. When I tell you, this guy was so sweet. Know I mean it and there was not a single joke in that sentence. I went there to get a smoothie with my boyfriend and one of the machines didn't have the one I wanted so he offered a coupon to me for a free drink for the inconvenience. He was so sweet and so nice. He didn't even hesitate to come and assist me. He checked to see if the flavor I wanted was even available in the store, Let me know that it wasn't sold there and then explained to me that it was sold at other places, just not that one. I really appreciate him taking the time out of his day to explain this to me and help me try a drink rather than leave empty handed. I've only known this man for 5 minutes, but I can guarantee you, he is the nicest man I've met in weeks. Considering the fact that he put in all this effort for a store that's not even his, I think this man deserves a raise. I asked a wonderful lady at the cash register if I could leave him a tip for his kindness and she told me that if I did, he would say no to the tip and just put it into a
donation jar they had on the counter. I then asked her if there's anything else I could do. And then she gave me his store number and his name. So i'd also like to think that wonderful lady working the cash register. Unfortunately I did not get her name all I rember is that I believe her hair was red and braided but I could be wrong. Best experience I've had at a kwik trip. The kwik trip in question is the one that was right on the border of Kaukauna and combine locks right next to a roundabout. Please track these two down and give them the praise they deserve.”

“Always great service! Especially today and why I’m writing a positive review. A young lady named Kayla (an employee of Kwik trip) was on her break. You could tell as she was making herself some food in the line I was waiting in. She noticed that it was getting very backed up and her team needed assistance. I had the pleasure of checking out with Kayla as she put her sandwich to the side on her break, stepped up, and made sure the service was top notch! Kudos to Kayla and kudos to Kwik trip on employee rock stars like her!!!”

The atmosphere is great to, better than the one I work at (which to be fair, as of the time I'm writing this is under a remodel). red zone (hot food and coffe area) is well tended to. I especially love the (SPOILER ALERT for the mandalorian) grogu that sits by the condiment bar, which has different outfits depending the seasons.”

“I purchased a car wash package at the Ballard Road Appleton/Hwy 41 location today, (March 23, 2021) at approximately 10:30 am. The two ladies running the place were phenomenal. Their helpfulness with my car wash program was indeed beyond the call of duty. In this day and age, it is very difficult for employers to find good help. Cudos to this Shell station operator at finding these ladies, hiring them, and then managing to keep the on at his/her store.”
