“We initially took my fiancés ring to Jim to get repaired and replace a missing marquise diamond top left of the three. Joanne talked us through the whole process and than Jim came out and explained how he’d go about fixing it! Well after that repair we immediately knew they’d be who we would have make our rings one day! Well that day came and these two amazing humans helped us every step of the way and were 100% transparent!! We found 2 rings in shop that we loved but wanted customized to exactly how we wanted it. Jim took our ideas and not only hit the mark but BLEW IT OUT OF THE WATER!! I will 100% only recommend HTG to anyone for their jewelry needs and we WILL be returning for all future jewelry making!! “It was my first time stopping in just recently and I love everything about it! As an artist myself I so appreciate the prices not being changed and making it possible for artists to get the recognition and pay they deserve for the work they put in to their craft. Everything is so cute and there truly is something for everybody. Vibes were great and I didn’t catch his name but the man working the register when I came in was delightful and very kind. I’m sure everyone who works here is the same but I only had the pleasure of meeting him recently! Based on the other reviews Kayla is the owner and I’d love to meet her she seems lovely and seems like she really cares about her store and she should be proud of it too! Loved the toy box by the registers with toys to take for kids and it felt like a beautiful community experience.”

“Matt at Tech Jewelers was excellent to work with. I had them take my wife's existing wedding ring and turn it in to a completely new custom ring using the existing gold and diamonds while adding additional gold and diamonds to it. I worked with Matt from day one, going over ideas, styles, and designs. Matt even helped me keep everything a surprise for my wife by creating a few fake repair invoices for her existing ring to buy us some time for the custom piece to be completed. Matt was outstanding. He guided me though every step. The ring was completed two weeks before my deadline and right on budget.The results were amazing. My wife can not say enough about her new ring.”
