“We came in at 7 pm- Dan was quick to help as soon as we walked in the door- he knew how to navigate his tablet, answered all questions I had. Remained positive throughout our visit even when we got close to closing. We were out within the hour- Dan was great appreciate his help.”

“Tyler just finished working magic for my family and I. Between him and Briley, we received a 10 Star rating customer service but we can only give 5 on here. They were very personable and interactive with my family. One of my kids lives in a different state and they made upgrading her phone absolutely painless! We definitely found our new location for service! We went in for just one upgrade, but walked out with new devices for everyone, and a cheaper bill. They are upfront which is what made us upgrade everyone. Super happy! 5 phones and upgrade internet.”
“Owner went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me at end of day when Roosevelt location was closed15 min BEFORE set closing time! I got to 22nd Ave quickly as possible and even though he was LITERALLY walking out the door, he took the time to show and explain my options! He even patiently listened to me vent about the frustration with the other location abandoned early! I will No DOUBT recommend this location and continue to ONLY come here ! Thanks Tony!”

“went in there today, 11/19/25 around 5 or 6pm. nice lady with black hair helped me get my new apple air all situated. it was a headache transferring the number but she had it under control more than me lol
it was a pleasent experience, no pressure. while we were there a customer called about getting a 1tb iphone for there kid or something. just found it funny, the employee who answered said what i would have - 1tb means theres a problem elsewhere!

“I was in the store to get a new SIm Card because was requested for the Customer Service of Verizon to change it but I was waiting for 39 minutes and I never got the srrvuce, including never was registered to get the service, I hope they are no racist because I was the only Hispanic customer in the place for a full hour. Review: After I wrote this review I thought the Manager came to me and provide me the service. Great! I feel they respect everyone now!”
