“My experience there is the washing of the undercarriage of your vehicle is too short especially because there are lots of salt on the road in the winter time, so please extend the undercarriage wash a little longer”

Never has anything bad to say and is always in a positive mood, not to mention always more than willing to help lift your spirits on a dark and gloomy day. They don't make them like her anymore, and her amazing customer service is the #1 reason I continue to shop there everyday like I do. The prices are a little higher than others in the area, but I'll happily pay the little extra knowing it's going to help good people like June earn a living. “Just wanted to send a special shout-out to Emily at this store. I had visited the previous day and made a business expense and needed the receipt for reimbursement. I ended up losing the receipt, and called the next day and spoke to Emily who patiently spent 20 minutes with me trying to access a copy of the receipt to get sent to me. She was wonderful and pleasant despite me obviously taking her away from more pressing duties. In the end I was able to get a copy and take care of my business expenses. THANK YOU EMILY!”

“Car wash is hardly ever open. I'm not sure how many coupon codes went expired cause the car wash is closed every time I go. Pet wash is amazingly helpful. Staff is *usually* friendly.”
