As someone recovering from surgery and working overnight shifts, grocery shopping can sometimes be a challenge. “Updating my orginal review to four stars. I had a bad experience with Local source at the beginning of March, and unfortunately there were some missteps with their customer service, and my self as well over the issue.
After speaking with a representative for the company in depth, they were able to assure me my issue would be resolved, and is being handled moving forward, and steps are being taken to mitigate.
Local Source and UW Provisions is a great buisness, has shown even when things don't go right, they still want to make sure their customers are taken care of. We will be customers for a long time after this.”

“Friendly staff, well stocked speedy check out. I've been to some of Madison stores and wait in the line longer than it took me to shop. Still will travel to this store for any Aldi shops.”
“Great quick, simple and delicious options. Not a lot of seating. I'd recommend the to go option. They have a few booths, but no ambience for dining in. The food and prices make up for the lack of ambiance. Traditional and delicious food!”

“I changed my pharmacy from Walgreens to metro. People who working here is amazing! Today stop there 1 mn before they closed, and one my prescription for next day was in the process. Sweetheart lady who works there offered finish it for me now so I can save trip tomorrow! Lovely girl! Thank you! You always kind?”

“Authentic Indian, Thai, Hmong groceries. Convenient location. Friendly service. Excellent meat and fish selection. Best kingfish, individually packaged fillets. Good Perch fish. Lots of items for Thailand, Hmong cuisine. They have a cosmetic section too. They have wig collection, eye lashes, shampoo and hair masks. Alcohol is great . It is also a smoke shop. We shop here since years.”

“I am at this location probably once a week and I would say overall they do their best cuz clearly they don't have employees or enough payroll to staff the store and they do a really great job with what they have. I was a district manager in retail for many many years and you can tell a store that is trying versus people that just don't care”
“Everyone's nice and well informative about my medication except that baldish guy J something and a much older guy. They seems to ALWAYS have a problem as well as being short with me whenever they're working and i have to get medications.”
“Christine in the floral department was wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond. Helped me pick out flowers for a shower and when some didn’t come in, did a wonderful job of helping with new idea. Would highly recommend Metro Market floral department.”

“Simple food. Great taste. Food truck like food really. You can eat there, but space is extremely limited… & you can buy a bag of tamales to go.. I love them. Put them in the freezer for later. Also there is a small store inside. Buy spices there for sure. You have to check it out if you’re in the area.”
