“Excellent service. Brought my phone in 20 minutes before they closed and Terry, the owner, was so helpful. Looked at possible reasons for my phone suddenly not charging and had it fixed prior to closing time. So reasonably priced, could charge so much more for the help they give.”

We were beyond grateful for their outstanding customer service and staying an extra 10 minutes late on a Friday to make sure that we got taken care of! “I've had a had a rough history with attempting to call into the Verizon's technical support. There's been times when I've gotten locked out of my own account due to miscommunications and/or the absolute pain of waiting on call for hours and coming to no solution. Cody has always been super friendly, super helpful and what takes at times hours and hours of call time, away from my day, or while doing other errands, Cody's sufficiency and ability to quickly handle all problematic technical support needed. I would just go directly to Cody because that man has honestly saved me from so many incidents of losing my phone, forgetting passwords, and he's a people person. He gets people. I'll never call Tech support ever again. Plus he has a cool name.”
