“I had an absolutely first-class experience at this hardware store! I went in to pick up salt for my water softener, and from start to finish, it was pure white-glove service. I didn’t even have to lift a finger—the friendly woman at the register immediately called someone from the back to bring it out to my car. The nice young man transferred the salt from his cart into my car. The level of care and attention to customers here is truly exceptional. If you want great products and service that goes above and beyond, this is the place to go!”
“Today was my second visit within a week to my hometown ACE Hardware store. Specifically I was on a hunt to match a Benjamin Moore paint color from 25 years ago.
Tyler at the paint counter was awesome, letting me behind the counter to see the magic of technology in taking color from a piece of drywall.
Aimee at checkout was great too. Friendly, courteous and thorough in finding my ACE Hardware rewards info.
Last is friendly ACE Hardware Man Terry who welcomes me with a hug…don’t worry we’ve known each other for 50+ years!

“This is my favorite HF location. After opening a few years ago and replacing what used to be a Sears brick and mortar store, this Harbor Freight is immaculate inside. Every time I enter this building typically on a monthly basis, the shelves are always extremely well organized. This store has a high level of cleanliness and upkeep that other Harbor Freight store locations should look at and envy.”

“As far as Home Depot goes, we like this location. It's a nice/large location. We bought a lot of outdoor plants from here between spring and fall. They have a larger selection than a lot of the other Home Depots in the area, and don't seem to sell out as quickly. The pricing was also affordable. This location has become our choice Home Depot location. Home Depot (in general) usually has what we are looking for when working on our house. We love the convenience of the self checkouts, and the ease of using a gift card. The app is also great to help find if what we are shopping for is in stock and where it is located. We have no complaints for this big box store.”

“I had ceiling tiles delivered and saw by the UPS notification that they had arrived. I spoke to Heidi about needing them to be updated as delivered in Home Depot's computer so I could pick them up ASAP, since I had a worker here ready to install them. Heidi was super helpful making it happen; called me back shortly to say I could pick them up. When I got to the service desk it was super busy with customers. When it was my turn, Barbara was very helpful and very polite with a crabby customer waiting behind me. Barbara and Heidi helped my carry out my order and provided excellent customer service. “With the storms/flooding from the past weekend, I found myself needs a few things early Sunday morning. I got to the store before there open time of 8 am, figuring I would be waiting in a line, in the rain to get supplies.
