“I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while—I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever experienced such outstanding customer service. I was searching for a specific type of camping chair, and when they didn’t have it in stock, one of the employees went the extra mile by contacting another location and arranging to have two brought in for me.
“Above and beyond” really says it all.”
“I’m glad to have a harbor freight in the falls. It’s nice having a cheaper option when all the surrounding stores (Menards, fleet farm, Home Depot), are always more expensive.
One thing I wish could be better for them (and this is not their fault) is the location. It’s tucked away and has had a lot of other business come and go through the same building. I think if more people knew it was there, it would get a lot more business.”
