“I’ve been to Sierra Trading Post a number of times before. To me, it feels like the TJ Maxx of athletic gear, outdoor equipment, and pet supplies. They have an excellent selection of clothing for people of all ages and sizes. They also have a really extensive selection of items for dogs, but not so much for cats. What’s with that?
On this trip, we picked up a 15-lb dumbbell and a couple of clothing items.”
“There was a rare problem with my online order, I got an email saying it was ready to pick up, but it was actually canceled. The manager at the store made the situation right and then some. He let me get another shirt at a price less than what I paid for the original order. Great company, excellent service, above an beyond. Thanks again, see you soon!”

“Came in looking for a couple of lamp shades and a mattress pad. The store had a large selection of lamp shades, but we couldn't find a matching pair that worked for us. We did, however, find the mattress pad we were looking for.
The store is large, well organized, and clean. It's an easy place to shop, with a wide variety of home furnishings and household items.
A good place to shop for home essentials.”
“First visit. Beautiful store. High end clothing of top quality. Pretty darn expensive but the sales are very good. Underground parking is available as well as on street. They bent over backwards to help me but some items can be available online only. Especially if you visit In between seasons.”

“I had a pleasant experience working with Maria at the Southwest Waukesha Kohl’s. I had problems with 2 of my orders that I ordered online. Both orders were sent to me in the wrong size, right product ordered completely wrong size. She helped with who I needed to talked to and how to reach them to try to get the problems solve, to let them know that e commerce wasn’t shipping the correct sized product. Maria was extremely helpful as much as she could do on her end. The product that was being purchased could only have it ordered online. Product isn’t carried in any of the stores.
I do have to say that Kohl’s needs to do better with their products being shipped and keeping the sizes up to date on line when ordering a specific product that can only be purchased on line.

The next day we went to track the phone, the manager had it and returned it but they also left all her purchases in a big box so she didn't have to reshop! “The gentleman who was cashiering for my son and I this evening, Thurs., July 23, was great and made my whole day. He explained (without being pushy) that if I used my Kohls charge I could get extra % off on top of the clearance price and the two coupons I already had (I thought I could only use one of them, but he went out of his way to let me know I could use my new one, too). I ended up paying 1/3 of the clearance price for my son's Hurley jacket. What a deal!! I wouldn't have gotten a price like this at Marshall's. Thank you, sir! We will be back because of you!”
