201 Larkin St, TomahI love this local BBQ place! The brisket is usually awesome, the sides are really good, and it's reasonably priced for a smoke house. Years ago I actually had them cater my retirement party at a local golf course. I recommend you give it a shot if you're in the area. The only reason I gave it a 4 for atmosphere is it is a little dark in there, but don't let that stop you from giving it a try!

15560 WI-131, TomahKnown CDAS when they built their shelter about 15 yrs ago. We never had a place for homeless. The people who started this and run this shelter ,and the volunteers are the most wonderful people in the world. I can’t say enough, as they bend over backwards to find the best homes and if they are injured they do everything in their power and the great vets, to fix the animal . . Got to be the BEST shelter in the world . Love everyone involved.
