“The team at Trek Bicycle Madison West made my new Madone purchase an exceptional experience from start to finish. I wanted to treat myself to something special for a milestone birthday, and they truly delivered.
From helping me place the order to ensuring the bike fit perfectly, the staff was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was right. When I picked up the bike, they took the time to walk me through its features and answered every question thoroughly—making the experience feel personal rather than rushed.
I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Madison West to anyone shopping for a new bike or looking for dependable, professional service. Their customer care and attention to detail made this purchase one I’ll remember for a long time.”

“I brought my Reid cargo e-bike in for battery trouble I could not diagnose on my own. I briefly described the situation to Kevin, and within just seven days I had a brand new battery. Yes, it was still well under warranty, but I’m still deeply impressed with how smoothly the entire transaction went. The situation resolved even more easily than my best anticipated outcome.
11/10: strongly recommend if you’re looking to buy any bike, e-bike or analog. I love this place, the professionalism of the employees, and the quality of service. Absolute legends.”
“I like that there was no pressure and all my wants and needs were listened to and not tried to talk into anything more than I wanted. Simple and easy to work with and I highly recommend this as a place to purchase.”
“Never bought a pair of shoes faster in my life. Helpful efficient advice, great fit, and they are keeping shoes out of landfills with an excellent trade-in refurbishing offer. I will follow them to their new location, Gammon road I think.”
“Wonderful specialty bike shop! The owner works during the week at Trek and runs his bike shop during the weekend. He focuses on custom builds & the store is just wonderful. Do stop by!”
“From start to finish, they provided exceptional service. They were helpful, thoughtful, and thorough without making me feel pressured. I felt confident in my purchase the entire time. Highly recommended!”
“Dylan Clemons went above and beyond helping work through a rear axle problem on an Aventon Level 4 Rec. bike purchased through Aventon. Couldn't have been more helpful!”
“Brought my EBike in today for an error code diagnosis. Technician found issue right away. Wanted bike this weekend for Door County trip. Said they were very busy but would try to have it fixed by next day. Got a message this afternoon that my bike was ready for pick up. Great job! Excellent experience. Really appreciate that I’ll have my bike for the trip.”

“An hidden gem in Dane county. We were thrilled to have our son get his specialty bike from them as they were more than willing to work with CLTS. I love when local businesses are able to provide the services and items for the special needs of our children and not have to go to some big box store.”
