“I experienced great service from the Middleton Branch of the Summit Credit Union. My goal was to transfer my IRA's to Summit. I walked in one day to learn what I needed to do. Cary, a financial consultant, heard me describing my situation to the receptionist. He immediately came out of his office and offered to sit down with me right then. I didn't want to interrupt his work and we set up an appointment for the next day. The process began the next day and it took a few weeks to complete the transfer process. When the transfer was complete it looked like I had to wait for the checks to clear before setting up the CD's. I walked into the Middleton office to confirm this information. Amanda, the branch manager, said she could help me soon. Within a few minutes I was sitting with her and she established my CD accounts. So, twice while walking into the office, I received immediate attention to my requests. It can't get much better than that!”

“I figured I would leave this review since my experience with this CU has been so different from the numerous negative reviews on here. I have a car loan through Landmark, everything has gone very smoothly (including uploading proof of insurance, etc), they have been very accommodating with payments, I haven't experienced any hidden or unexpected fees or anything else suspicious, and so far am very happy with the limited business I have had with Landmark. I was even able to talk to a real person within minutes of calling them during heavy business hours and received timely and accurate information. I suppose my experience may be an outlier considering the low overall rating, but mine has been nothing but positive.”
