“Since it's holiday time, you need to go in with a positive attitude that it's gonna be very busy and you just need patience, patience, patience. They have a lot of items, a little disorganized because there's a lot of big carts that haven't been put out on the shelf that you have to walk around and manipulate. The last 2 times I've been there. They've only had 2 or 3 people at the registers with the line backed up of 10 people. I would recommend more staff at the registers, but also staff on the floor to help with people wanting to know where items were. Several people kept looking for on the floor staff members to have them assist them”

“This costco is super close to the hotel I'm staying, so i decided to drive here to get gas, but i went around the costco building and didn't find the gas station. I almost gave up and decided to went in store first, then i saw one guy is uploading his purchased stuff, so i asked him, he said the gas station is one block away, so i actually followed him snd finally get the gas station. I was expecting to see something unique for Wisconsin, yes, i saw Wisconsin beer! Interesting!”

“August 22nd, 2023, at 7 pm, I was again super shopping with a two page list for a friend of mine who was out of almost everything. It took me almost 3 hours, and I had two full carts, No idea how in the world I would be able to check out by closing time. Theresa K. and another coworker volunteered to help with the checkout and bagging. These employees have consistently gone above and beyond their job expectations and demonstrated superior customer service. I asked Theresa for the other staff's name, and I wrote it down, but I lost the paper. Please give them commendation for their selfless performance. I live on the other side of the city but consider this my hyvee store!”

“I feel this needs to be said. Yes "my" store is in Dane County, and there's a stupid mask mandate. However to everyone who complains about 1 of the staff not wearing their mask, you ever stop to think there is a reason behind it? Also, if you are so concerned about a person wearing a mask,aybe you should stay in your house, because guess what...you're breathing the same air as every person in town and Wisconsin is breathing. Mask or not!”

“I actually love this Target! I come here about once a week - it's always clean and well organized, in my opinion. The self-checkout is huge, which keeps lines moving fast. I usually gravitate towards the food/beverage, makeup, clothing and home decor sections, and I've found that they're rarely out of things that I'm looking for. I will say that the Starbucks inside this one usually takes a very long time...but other than that, good experiences here!”

“Today I met the most helpful staff ever at Target! Her name was Lucky. I couldn’t go through the self-checkout because I was buying gift cards. The ONE cashier on duty had a long line of course, Lucky pulled me out of line and used a miniature device to get me checked out & on my way. She was friendly, kind & knew what she was doing! I was the lucky one. Target is lucky to have Lucky!”

“Me, my sister, our mom and a church member went there to look around to see what can we buy, so my mom and I got us 2 pairs of house shoes and I was looking at theirs coats but their prices was too high. And the store was a mess it had some items on the floor and some items was in the wrong spot. But other then that we had a nice outing.”
