The back where they have the bathrooms isn't cute like the rest of the store. It's actually a little spooky, but it's really not. The prices here are so so good, a sale for something nice is always so good and worth it. The people here are doing a great Job. There's a lady who is always Soso sweet she's been there for 10 years and is the best thing. Thank you”

“Made a purchase and had a return. I was looking for dog sweaters/jackets and there was a good selection. Store was really busy and the check out line was long but all the registers was open and the line moved along. The cashier was very nice.”

“It's what you would expect a Marshall's to be. One thing different here that give never seen before is that they have no separate Women's Plus size section for clothes. They have the Plus sizes but everything is sorted into the regular Women's section. :)
The selection and layout of the store are fine, but honestly, I think the Madison East Side Marshall's is nicer.”
“Ana in the beauty area was amazing, she was so polite and professional. Just can’t say enough, went in to get something for my wife. She did not judge, just helped me like I was any other customer. “When it comes to makeup and skin care i have no clue with modern products. Faith from Clinique section did a great job helping with with my makeup routine, was very patient showing how to apply basic makeup by applying on me and educating me all the way through and helped me with products that i need to choose and how to choose in future. “Clean pleasant store. I noticed it was much easier to navigate the aisles than my last visit to TJ MAxx. Register associates were SUPER nice— cashier Surgit was fast and efficient and so nice. A Facebook post I read recommended Walmart for nice dresses to wear to church and I found two! Who knew?? Fabric on both dresses is really good quality and dresses are well made.”
“I get both my cat’s and my dog’s medications at this Costco! They are much cheaper than getting at the vet or Walgreens and the pharmacy staff are very helpful!”

“Walled here with my 93 year elder mother from the Madison Senior Center. State Street is quiet in the morning. The automatic entry door is wide enough for her walker. The floor is smooth and shiny, like glass, and the width of each aisle is comfortable. Every question she asked an employee was immediately and satisfactorily addressed, (Wednesday at 10am) Mom loves service with a smile. Sustain your atmosphere, because Happy elders bring Joy to the whole family.”

“This store was a bit disorganized and we were disappointed in their coat options because there were not near as many coat options as we thought a Burlington would have. They still had some great things here! But, we were a bit disappointed. There was a LOT of clothing here though if that is what you are looking for.”

“I feel this needs to be said. Yes "my" store is in Dane County, and there's a stupid mask mandate. However to everyone who complains about 1 of the staff not wearing their mask, you ever stop to think there is a reason behind it? Also, if you are so concerned about a person wearing a mask,aybe you should stay in your house, because guess what...you're breathing the same air as every person in town and Wisconsin is breathing. Mask or not!”

“Visiting Madison for an event. Had battery issues on my truck. Stopped at an auto parts store that tested the batteries (F350 with 2 batteries wired in parallel- that you need to either disconnect and test or double the CCA from one battery on your meter… which they didn’t do and I learned later). Both batteries passed. But I had my doubts, did some research and then stopped at Farm and Fleet. The automotive guys tested the batteries (explained the above and tested together and separate). Both bad. Replaced on the spot because of me not being local and needing it done. Great service. Great explanation and hopefully two great batteries. Thanks guys!”
