The back where they have the bathrooms isn't cute like the rest of the store. It's actually a little spooky, but it's really not. The prices here are so so good, a sale for something nice is always so good and worth it. The people here are doing a great Job. There's a lady who is always Soso sweet she's been there for 10 years and is the best thing. Thank you”
“Customer service amazing no matter where you go in your travels, we were passing through from our travels. Had ordered from food court and did some shopping. Got back on road to final destination only to find out we were short on an item from the food court. Called Costco the next day letting them know what happened, explained about our travels and not planning to return that way as it was 94 miles from our destination. Manager was more than happy to assist with refund back to credit card over the phone. THANK YOU Costco, you take care of your members for sure.”

“Since it's holiday time, you need to go in with a positive attitude that it's gonna be very busy and you just need patience, patience, patience. They have a lot of items, a little disorganized because there's a lot of big carts that haven't been put out on the shelf that you have to walk around and manipulate. The last 2 times I've been there. They've only had 2 or 3 people at the registers with the line backed up of 10 people. I would recommend more staff at the registers, but also staff on the floor to help with people wanting to know where items were. Several people kept looking for on the floor staff members to have them assist them”
“Ana in the beauty area was amazing, she was so polite and professional. Just can’t say enough, went in to get something for my wife. She did not judge, just helped me like I was any other customer. Very informative and patient. Kudos to her, wish stores would hire more employees like her. Wish my company had managers that took some pages out of her playbook. She would definitely make a great team leader.”
“When it comes to makeup and skin care i have no clue with modern products. Faith from Clinique section did a great job helping with with my makeup routine, was very patient showing how to apply basic makeup by applying on me and educating me all the way through and helped me with products that i need to choose and how to choose in future. “Regular customer until they ran out of my medication for 3rd time. No one told me, nor called me back in line. They just let me sit, waiting, wondering what was going on. Finally at 1 hr. Mark I asked the cashier what was wrong. At that point, I was informed they were out of my meds. I left, went home, called UW Pharm, they Transferred & filled it deal done! Time to get new policy and pharmacist!”

“Walled here with my 93 year elder mother from the Madison Senior Center. State Street is quiet in the morning. The automatic entry door is wide enough for her walker. The floor is smooth and shiny, like glass, and the width of each aisle is comfortable. Every question she asked an employee was immediately and satisfactorily addressed, (Wednesday at 10am) Mom loves service with a smile. Sustain your atmosphere, because Happy elders bring Joy to the whole family.”

Employees tried to help but didn't know English.

“I order online and use drive-up most days. The staff are always great and happy to help. Wait times are almost always less than five minutes after you check in. Usually less than that. It does depend on how busy they are at the time. I've never had a problem if I have to wait an extra minute or two when someone's bringing my groceries out to me. Always a positive experience here.”

“Me, my sister, our mom and a church member went there to look around to see what can we buy, so my mom and I got us 2 pairs of house shoes and I was looking at theirs coats but their prices was too high. And the store was a mess it had some items on the floor and some items was in the wrong spot. But other then that we had a nice outing.”
“I feel this needs to be said. Yes "my" store is in Dane County, and there's a stupid mask mandate. However to everyone who complains about 1 of the staff not wearing their mask, you ever stop to think there is a reason behind it? Also, if you are so concerned about a person wearing a mask,aybe you should stay in your house, because guess what...you're breathing the same air as every person in town and Wisconsin is breathing. Mask or not!”

“Howard in Ag dept deserves special recognition for going above and beyond. We bought 3 chicks back in March and accidentally tossed the paperwork from hatchery, etc. that come to find out is needed for showing at the fair with 4H. Farm and fleet gets a ton of baby chicks in the spring so called thinking it was a long shot but Howard hunted down the paperwork and put a copy at front of store for us! THANK YOU, HOWARD! Such a nice guy.”
