“Becareful of musty smelling clothes. I tried on a pair of jeans then realized they had a musty smell. I left them with the clerk. Found another pair in a different spot and they didn't stink. I bought them and when I washed and dried them, I could smell that musty smell. I Googled how to get rid of that smell. I soaked them for over 30 mins in 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts water. Washed them, alone in hot water and baking soda, air dried them. They still stink. I'll have to throw them away. Only $20. Can't return because I no longer have the tags or receipt.
I bought 3 tops and they were fine.”

Faith from Clinique section did a great job helping with with my makeup routine, was very patient showing how to apply basic makeup by applying on me and educating me all the way through and helped me with products that i need to choose and how to choose in future. “ROSS is my favorite store, & here's why. My feet are size 15 and it's difficult for me to find shoes in my size. I found a pair of size 15 Jordans for $65. That is an incredible deal. You never know what you'll find here. I've found awesome snapbacks, household trinkets, and other gems. Staff was also friendly.”

“Walled here with my 93 year elder mother from the Madison Senior Center. State Street is quiet in the morning. The automatic entry door is wide enough for her walker. The floor is smooth and shiny, like glass, and the width of each aisle is comfortable. Every question she asked an employee was immediately and satisfactorily addressed, (Wednesday at 10am) Mom loves service with a smile. Sustain your atmosphere, because Happy elders bring Joy to the whole family.”

“Clean pleasant store. I noticed it was much easier to navigate the aisles than my last visit to TJ MAxx. Register associates were SUPER nice— cashier Surgit was fast and efficient and so nice. A Facebook post I read recommended Walmart for nice dresses to wear to church and I found two! Who knew?? Fabric on both dresses is really good quality and dresses are well made.”

“They have modified hours which are posted on the door. The store is well stocked, and the cashiers are always pleasant.
The hours posted on Google are inaccurate right now. This issue is due to the "edit approvers" on the Google side. I submitted an edit to make the open/close hours accurate several weeks ago, and they are still pending approval. (Which means the hours listed for this specific store are wrong... They still say the store is open on Sundays, when they aren't).

They still had some great things here! But, we were a bit disappointed. There was a LOT of clothing here though if that is what you are looking for.”

“Came for an item not found on south side- went to pick up a bakery item (not refrigerated) and it dripped juice all over my shirt (stains). Manager cheerfully and very apologetically issued me a gift card for the value of my shirt and was very helpful. This was at the very end of the night and despite his looking tired he was very helpful and kind. I don't usually shop in person but this was a pleasant (albeit damp and sticky) experience.”
