“Becareful of musty smelling clothes. I tried on a pair of jeans then realized they had a musty smell. I left them with the clerk. Found another pair in a different spot and they didn't stink. I bought them and when I washed and dried them, I could smell that musty smell. I Googled how to get rid of that smell. I soaked them for over 30 mins in 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts water. Washed them, alone in hot water and baking soda, air dried them. They still stink. I'll have to throw them away. Only $20. Can't return because I no longer have the tags or receipt.
I bought 3 tops and they were fine.”
“Took the grands back to school shopping. Kohls was my main destination. I think they have good quality clothing & offer a variety of styles. 1 grand found a dress she liked but was not in her size. We took it with us to checkout & the associate was kind enough to search online & inform us which nearby store should have the correct size. With her assistance we were able to go to the suggested store & purchase the desired dress in the correct size.”

“I needed to return an item I had ordered online in the wrong size. At the return desk the associate was very helpful, checked to see if there were any of the same in stock in a larger size. There were, and she directed me exactly where to fine them.
Once in the Women's department, I got a little turned around, so asked for help at the check out desk. A lovely associate named Nadja walked with me and located exactly what I wanted. She was so lovely and gracious and helpful.
My whole time in the store was pleasant, easy transactions. What a nice experience. I might start shopping more in the store and less online.”

“ROSS is my favorite store, & here's why. My feet are size 15 and it's difficult for me to find shoes in my size. I found a pair of size 15 Jordans for $65. That is an incredible deal. You never know what you'll find here. I've found awesome snapbacks, household trinkets, and other gems. Staff was also friendly.”

“Great values here for a neighborhood where food merchants often take advantage of students with high prices. But I learned today that this location will not be accepting cash. I'm not sure everyone is comfortable using their cards at Target given their 2013 data breach that compromised card information...and not everyone has ready access to a credit or debit card. I feel like Target's unfortunate data breach is a wake-up call to shoppers to consider shopping with cash to avoid giving banking information so frequently or readily. And there are better values than Target in Madison if folks are willing to take a short bus ride to stock up.”

“Clean pleasant store. I noticed it was much easier to navigate the aisles than my last visit to TJ MAxx. Register associates were SUPER nice— cashier Surgit was fast and efficient and so nice. A Facebook post I read recommended Walmart for nice dresses to wear to church and I found two! Who knew?? Fabric on both dresses is really good quality and dresses are well made.”

“This store was a bit disorganized and we were disappointed in their coat options because there were not near as many coat options as we thought a Burlington would have. They still had some great things here! But, we were a bit disappointed. There was a LOT of clothing here though if that is what you are looking for.”

“On target at Target! We stocked up on all the treats here...Legos, dog snacks, greeting cards and more! Nice touch with the in store wifi which is nice if you are visiting from outside the US of A and do not have data.”

“They have modified hours which are posted on the door. The store is well stocked, and the cashiers are always pleasant.
The hours posted on Google are inaccurate right now. This issue is due to the "edit approvers" on the Google side. I submitted an edit to make the open/close hours accurate several weeks ago, and they are still pending approval. (Which means the hours listed for this specific store are wrong... They still say the store is open on Sundays, when they aren't).

“Came for an item not found on south side- went to pick up a bakery item (not refrigerated) and it dripped juice all over my shirt (stains). Manager cheerfully and very apologetically issued me a gift card for the value of my shirt and was very helpful. This was at the very end of the night and despite his looking tired he was very helpful and kind. I don't usually shop in person but this was a pleasant (albeit damp and sticky) experience.”
“Very cute, comfortable and incredibly affordable clothing! Most items are under $10. Unfortunately, sizes only go up to an XL, and their XL is on the smaller size. Not plus sized friendly”

“This place is THE BEST place for finding name brand clothing! Don't know why it took me so long to find it. I've driven by it but never knew what it sold. You can basically throw out your entire collection of last year's t shirts and replenish them with new stuff and it's crazy cheap! The store always seems to have fresh stock, and it's all sectioned with sizes in the proper location. I wish they had more of these stores around Wisconsin. Better than TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Ross!”
