“Have purchased a u-shaped desk and chair for Madison. Kyle Kinney was my customer service rep and he walked through the process and made sure after I ordered these products that my order was submitted correctly, and he kept track of my order. He has answered all my questions that I had and made it a great experience. My ordered was delivered while I was on vacation and when I returned back to work the desk was in warehouse waiting on further instructions. So, I cannot advise on the delivery, but we did receive the desk and chair on time as advised.Since then, I have again contacted Kyle and just placed a new order for another desk that will be here next week. I just received a tracking order update.This has been a great experience for me and if my bosses need any more desks, I will definitely buy another one from Kyle.”
“Century House furniture delivery staff members Brady and John were outstanding!! We have a 1938 house that has smaller door openings. They did their remarkably professional assessment of the sectional’s and the doorways’ dimensions. They figured out how to position our new furniture so well, that by a hairs-breadth it made it unscathed into our downstairs living room. The care these two took of our purchase was breathtakingly amazing. I am ecstatically pleased with Century House and the commitment that all of them so capably share with their customers. Thank you. The back where they have the bathrooms isn't cute like the rest of the store. It's actually a little spooky, but it's really not. The prices here are so so good, a sale for something nice is always so good and worth it. The people here are doing a great Job. There's a lady who is always Soso sweet she's been there for 10 years and is the best thing. Thank you”

While they are not particularly cheap, they have continued to look like the day we purchased them despite heavy use. And the store really supports you after the sale if you have questions. The At Home store has great pictures. Great frames great organizational stuff for your kitchen in your home and really great furniture and if you don’t mind putting something together, they have great bookcases and tables. It’s a fun store. Staff is really nice. Check it out.”

“Came in with some background knowledge, but clearly didn't have all of the details when the owner gave us a full demo of each stroller highlighting the various combinations of seat arrangements, accessories, and storage/travel capabilities. Don't get it twisted -this gentleman was not pressuring us or telling us what we need; he let us sort that out. What he did provide was a comfortable, confident shopping process. Very happy with our purchase and the outstanding service!”

“Walled here with my 93 year elder mother from the Madison Senior Center. State Street is quiet in the morning. The automatic entry door is wide enough for her walker. The floor is smooth and shiny, like glass, and the width of each aisle is comfortable. Every question she asked an employee was immediately and satisfactorily addressed, (Wednesday at 10am) Mom loves service with a smile. Sustain your atmosphere, because Happy elders bring Joy to the whole family.”

“We shopped at the Sleep Number store in Madison yesterday to purchase our new bed. George helped us and he was phenomenal! He was very professional and personable. He was not pushy (like sometimes salesmen can get). He really wanted to understand our needs and what we were wanting to change about our current bed situation. We got everything we needed and were in and out in about 30 minutes. I cannot recommend Sleep Number enough and will send anyone his way when they are ready to upgrade their sleeping experience!”
“I've been looking for a blue chair throughout the city of Madison for a couple of months. I wanted to get it in person because I wanted to be able to sit in and fill weather was comfortable. I also chose to support a locally owned establishment. I went there in December and then I went back in February and found the perfect chair. I gave them 4 stars because I called them earlier last month, and they never returned my call.”
