“This store has a small town vibe that I like. Typically in the past I shopped at HF at the Madison locations and this is much better. Love being able to browse and have great customer service without feeling overwhelmed.”
“They have everything here...literally everything. But...it'll cost you. That's the only thing they have against them is the price is a good 20-30% higher than anywhere else you'd find. But, they WILL have it if you have an odd screw or piece you're looking for. Staff is always helpful too!”

“Received excellent customer service from Robin this week- had lots of questions about electric fencing supplies and she helped us find everything we needed, then cheerfully and competently helped us load ridiculously heavy stall mats, two gates, and two hundred-gallon tubs, and went above and beyond to be helpful and so nice to work with. Will definitely shop here again because of her!”
