“I recently had surgery, resulting in needing quite a few prescriptions over the last several weeks. At the recommendation of a family member, I had my prescriptions sent here. I have had such a great experience every time. Staff has been so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed or that I’m inconveniencing them. Which is a very different experience than other pharmacies that I’ve went to in the past! Thank you for providing such great and kind service. I plan to have all my prescriptions sent here from now on.”
“I’ve never had to get a refund from kwik trip before. So not sure policy teller was in rush so was I. I left an email with kwik trip and Stephen from the store took time out of his day to call me and see if I was taken care of. I was hence why I didn’t follow up, but he is the exact reason why I go out of my way to a kwik trip. Bad individuals don’t represent this company there is a reason why there are so many. Thank you”

“Melissa, the pharmacist at the CVS in Waukesha, is absolutely outstanding. Due to an insurance change, I was forced to leave CVS for a while, and I honestly hated it. When I was finally able to come back, I wanted to scream with happiness — and Melissa and the team picked up right where we left off. She remembered me, my situation, and made the transition back seamless and stress-free.
Melissa is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. She takes the time to explain everything, advocates for her patients, and makes you feel genuinely cared for — not like just another prescription. That level of consistency and personal attention is rare, and it means everything.
Theresa, the pharmacy tech, is also wonderful — efficient, kind, and always helpful — and together they make a great team. But Melissa is truly exceptional and the reason this pharmacy stands out.
I will go out of my way to use this CVS because of Melissa. Waukesha is incredibly lucky to have her.”

“I can't say enough good things about this store! I love Kwik Trips in general, but this one has amazing employees... The ladies who work second shift are amazing! They always go ABOVE AND BEYOND! Ive been going there 1-2x daily since July when my partner of 20 yrs was diagnosed terminal and is in a nursing home down the road .. they can always sense when I'm having a bad day and they always say and do the right things to make me feel better. As soon as they see me come in the door they run to the coffee and make sure everything's fresh for me. A lot of time we'll just sit and talk for a long time and it really makes a difference between a night of crying or me being okay. Also the food's always hot and fresh and the prices are really low ❤️”

“Love this place. We went to pump up our tires, and quickly realized our tire spout was chipped, causing air to flow out instead of in when the common air pump was applied. 5 girls, 1 tire, 3 hour drive ahead, tire quickly declining to 6 psi. Thankfully, we stumbled upon the kindest, smartest worker, Joshua (hopefully future employee of the year). He took a quick glance and realized what we needed wasn’t what the average Kwik Trip would provide. With ease, he ran to his personal vehicle and grabbed his electric air pump, knowing this would do the trick. Sure enough, amongst frigid cold temperatures and a thin uniform vest, Joshua restored our front left tire to its entirety. Joshua, we couldn’t thank you enough and are now nearly halfway to our desired destination. Joshua was also on his break and did not seek any type of compensation for his work. We need more Joshua’s in this world.Thank you and take care.”

“Meijer's Express Store is more than just a gas station. It is like a tiny little market (emphasis on tiny as it is still a gas station-but they sell a lot of stuff). You can buy lots of items here. My only pet peeve was one night I was there five minutes before close, they locked the doors and wouldn't let me in, citing they were closed. How rude! Great prices on everything from food to gas, however!”
“Easy access to the items they sell: They have hot food, hot coffee, fountain machines, ice cream, and deli items, such as cheeses, meats, yogurts, and string cheese! They also sell beer and flavored alcoholic beverages!”

“This afternoon (12/13/24) I stopped for gas at Kwik Trip off Racine Ave in Waukesha. It was crazy busy at pumps and in store. I am quite disabled and phoned for assistance. The woman who came out was smiling broadly despite the busy day and bitter weather. She helped me with such a kind demeanor and then thanked me for my patience. (It took her a few minutes to get out to me).
This is the way Kwik Trip employees have treated me at every KT station I've used. It means a lot to receive such kindness when you can't do for yourself in certain situations.

“Great store but I received notice today, April 18th 2025, that the pharmacy is closed temporarily. They've been open for limited hours recently so maybe this is why? Hopefully they'll reopen the pharmacy soon!”

While picking up a prescription I was impressed with the pharmacist, Trudi, and her ability to keep her composure while she was assisting a customer that was raising his voice at her. She attended to his needs and although he left abruptly causing a scene she managed to treat him with respect and went above and beyond trying to keep him satisfied.”

“Came here to share that the staff went above and beyond today. I was picking up antibiotics for my sick son, who had fallen asleep in the car. I know I should have come in to get his insurance and Medicaid set up but with him sleeping, I tried the drive thru. The staff was understanding and accommodating, allowing me to keep him in the car while they took care of everything. If someone came behind me, the woman at the window told me to just drive back around and she'd let me know when everything was set. The staff is always kind and helpful if I have questions and in the past, they've contacted insurance to speed things along for me.”
“I imagine that Walgreens employees have to deal with so many nice so nice people every day. I can tell that it’s really hard for people to say something nice even by scrolling down this review stream. We seem to only be motivated to write reviews when we really really need something to complain about? Given this fact, this is one of the best stores- with an Insanely helpful store manager- that I’ve been to!
