I like the little cafeteria tables and chairs area just off in the corner next to the deli. With free WiFi it's a nice place to take a break before or after shopping.”
“Everyone is always incredibly friendly, and they will go out of their way to help you here. They are often able to get my medications even when they are unavailable at the nationwide chain pharmacies (specifically the big "W" one). They even recognized me as soon as I walked in on only my second visit. I was really impressed. Overall, it is a great old school feeling neighborhood pharmacy. Highly recommend!”
“Eddy in the cafe tonight was an absolute rock. When he came in I’m assuming off break, there was very little food in the hot case and pizzas backed up in the oven. He calmly and efficiently served up orders and restocked the hot case as he did it catching the entire cafe up within minutes. Trell in the cafe is efficient and personable, much appreciated.”

“I recently had surgery, resulting in needing quite a few prescriptions over the last several weeks. At the recommendation of a family member, I had my prescriptions sent here. I have had such a great experience every time. Staff has been so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed or that I’m inconveniencing them. Which is a very different experience than other pharmacies that I’ve went to in the past! Thank you for providing such great and kind service. I plan to have all my prescriptions sent here from now on.”

“Melissa, the pharmacist at the CVS in Waukesha, is absolutely outstanding. Due to an insurance change, I was forced to leave CVS for a while, and I honestly hated it. When I was finally able to come back, I wanted to scream with happiness — and Melissa and the team picked up right where we left off. She remembered me, my situation, and made the transition back seamless and stress-free.
Melissa is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. She takes the time to explain everything, advocates for her patients, and makes you feel genuinely cared for — not like just another prescription. That level of consistency and personal attention is rare, and it means everything.
Theresa, the pharmacy tech, is also wonderful — efficient, kind, and always helpful — and together they make a great team. But Melissa is truly exceptional and the reason this pharmacy stands out.
I will go out of my way to use this CVS because of Melissa. Waukesha is incredibly lucky to have her.”
“Compared to other Walmarts in and around Milwaukee, people actually help you and you don't feel like an inconvenience.
The main reason I didn't give it a 5-star review was because there are times where workers are more involved in their phones or chit chatting with other employees (not about business), instead of being aware of their surroundings and obvious signs of someone looking for assistance (ie: blinking/help lights at self-checkout)
I feel this is part of the downward spiral of society in general, so I didn't use it to overly lower the overall rating of comparatively very good service at this store.”
“Walgreens out of stock for one of my medications. After waiting a week without a response and contacting them again, my doctor sent my request to ProHealth in Waukesha. 30 minutes later it was ready for pick up! Very friendly staff also. Thank you!!!”

“Exceptional experience with the new pharmacy manager Vijay Varghese at Walmart! Vijay was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions, making sure I felt informed and at ease. During my vaccination, he was super calming and made the process seamless. His bedside manner was top-notch! Kudos to him for providing outstanding care and service. Highly recommend ❤️”

“I’ve never really had a bad experience here. I switched from the Walgreens also on Sunset which was a nightmare. The meijer pharmacy does seem to have more staff which is helpful. I haven’t had to wait very long for my medication. Unfortunately the pharmacy staff has to work with people who are sick, grumpy, and irritated. No one is in a good mood trying to get their medication. I know working in healthcare first hand how difficult this is. There’s stress on both ends. Unfortunately the villian of every healthcare professional is insurance. I think a lot of people put this issue out on the poor staff who have no control over any of it. Everyone has been kind to me.”
“The staff at this location is extremely personable and friendly. While picking up a prescription I was impressed with the pharmacist, Trudi, and her ability to keep her composure while she was assisting a customer that was raising his voice at her. She attended to his needs and although he left abruptly causing a scene she managed to treat him with respect and went above and beyond trying to keep him satisfied.”

“Came here to share that the staff went above and beyond today. I was picking up antibiotics for my sick son, who had fallen asleep in the car. I know I should have come in to get his insurance and Medicaid set up but with him sleeping, I tried the drive thru. The staff was understanding and accommodating, allowing me to keep him in the car while they took care of everything. If someone came behind me, the woman at the window told me to just drive back around and she'd let me know when everything was set. The staff is always kind and helpful if I have questions and in the past, they've contacted insurance to speed things along for me.”

We seem to only be motivated to write reviews when we really really need something to complain about? Given this fact, this is one of the best stores- with an Insanely helpful store manager- that I’ve been to! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, and I appreciate all of the patience they had in my never-ending list of questions and neediness. THANK YOU!”

“After a small home town pharmacy closed last year that I had for 30 years I went to Moreland Plaza Pharmacy In Waukesha to stay away from big pharmacies for the home town small company feel . Very Friendly Pharmacists and meds are filled quickly, They even have FREE delivery ! I recommend them over the big box store pharmacies !”
