“This is a great store with plenty of options for funny and sarcastic gifts. I like to buy cards there as they are funnier and less expensive than a card from most other stores. “Century House furniture delivery staff members Brady and John were outstanding!! We have a 1938 house that has smaller door openings. They did their remarkably professional assessment of the sectional’s and the doorways’ dimensions. They figured out how to position our new furniture so well, that by a hairs-breadth it made it unscathed into our downstairs living room. “Have purchased a u-shaped desk and chair for Madison. Kyle Kinney was my customer service rep and he walked through the process and made sure after I ordered these products that my order was submitted correctly, and he kept track of my order. He has answered all my questions that I had and made it a great experience. My ordered was delivered while I was on vacation and when I returned back to work the desk was in warehouse waiting on further instructions. So, I cannot advise on the delivery, but we did receive the desk and chair on time as advised.Since then, I have again contacted Kyle and just placed a new order for another desk that will be here next week. I just received a tracking order update.This has been a great experience for me and if my bosses need any more desks, I will definitely buy another one from Kyle.”
“We bought our kitchen bar stools from the stool store several years ago, and I have to say they were one of the best values we have purchased in years. While they are not particularly cheap, they have continued to look like the day we purchased them despite heavy use. And the store really supports you after the sale if you have questions. The back where they have the bathrooms isn't cute like the rest of the store. It's actually a little spooky, but it's really not. Don't get it twisted -this gentleman was not pressuring us or telling us what we need; he let us sort that out. What he did provide was a comfortable, confident shopping process.
