“I called U Break I Fix, and they said my charging port was probably full of pocket lint. I swore it was not and was frankly shocked that they would imply I have pocket lint. A man of my station? Pocket lint? Ridiculous!I asked how much it would cost to replace the charging port. They gave me a quote that sounded fair, and I brought in my phone. They removed a shocking amount of lint, and my phone works great! I appreciated their honesty, transparency, and helpfulness.”

“They repaired a broken Nintendo Switch for me about 6 months ago. It wasn’t taking a charge, so they replaced the charging port. It worked great for a few months, but then stopped again. I brought it back, and they honored the warranty repair. But, even better and the reason for the 5-stars, is that they went way over and above expectations. Not only did they fix the charging port, but they replaced the entire back case and the power/volume buttons. They were all broken/cracked as well from normal wear and tear. They didn’t need to fix all the extra stuff, but did it—all for free under their warranty. Not only do they have a customer for life, but I will always recommend and tell this story to whomever has a broken device. Thanks uBreakiFix!”

HE WENT ABOVE & BEYOND FIGURING OUT WHY MY CAR WOULDN'T START AFTER HE CLIMBED IN THE BACK SEAT TO ACCESS THE TRUNK OF THE CAR (dead battery Located in the trunk of the car ??Chevy HHR) TO INSTALL A WORKING BATTERY, NONETHELESS HE SPENT 2 EXTRA HOURS & WAS DETERMINED TO FIND THE REASON, WHY THE CAR WOULDN'T START, FROM CHECKING FUSES, TO EVEN WALKING ACROSS THE PARKING LOT TO ASK A CAR MECHANIC QUESTIONS, FROM RESETTING KEY FOBS!!!! HE DID IT ALLLLLL, & IT FINALLY CAME ON HE DEFINITELY WENT ABOVE & BEYOND HIS DUTY TO HELP ME OUT!!!!! BUT HE DISPLAYED EXCELLENT, PATIENCE & LOVING CUSTOMER SERVICE (He made me cry because he was soooooo caring❤️ I owe him lunch, he was the BEST ) THANK YOU AGAIN SHAWN!!!!
