“We had a great experience. I walked in and went to the recliners. I was greeted by a salesman and mentioned what color I was interested in. He brought over a sample of the color. It was the color I wanted. My husband said he liked the chair. I told the salesman I'd like two recliners the same color. He wrote it up and explained everything to us. We paid in full. He placed the order and will receive them in 6 to 8 weeks.”
“Loved my first time at the Grey House! A couple of friends and I did Galentines Night where we painted canvases and switched them. It was so fun! They had everything we needed and guided us but weren't intrusive. The staff were super helpful with everything, drinks were great and it was a really nice atmosphere!”

“Great selection. Nicely organized and tidy. A bit challenging to navigate a cart however is expected, not a big box store, making it super cozy. Decent pricing too.”
“Woods vibes with urban spin. Nice scents and giftable items. Pricey clothing for both men and women. I’d say it skews older age group (midlife) in terms of fashion sensibility. High-end outdoor brands priced similarly as online, so we bought some of our favorite socks in store to support local.”

“My husband and I had an extraordinary experience, not once, but twice, at the Sleep Number store at Mayfair Collections, in Wauwatosa. Both times we worked with James. His kindness, customer care, communication, and capacity to really listen to customer needs is uncommon. The process included trying a number of beds, receiving education about features from James, learning the price structure based on features, etc. There was no pressure to make a quick decision, Once we did, the communication about timing and delivery was clear and the follow up excellent!
Today, our new bed arrived! Here’s to better sleep and good dreams! Thank you, James!”
“I took a very special piece of artwork over to the store today. The staff in framing was fabulous. Sara actually did the piece and it is stunning. I didn’t want to leave the artwork there, so Sara help me get the museum glass that I needed with a stock frame. She did an amazing job in a very short timeframe.
She brought new life to this artwork! I would have her work on any of my pieces with her attention to detail and care of the art.”
