“My husband and I walked in tonight (12/20) to get a new battery for my late Father's car. I wasn't familiar with the car and the key was stuck in the ignition because of the dead battery. We walked in and the man behind the desk (forgive me for not getting your name) immediately helped us. He looked up the car and got us the right battery AND helped us find the tools we would need to replace it. He even knew what sizes the bolts would be and made sure the tool set we got had them both. 10 minutes in and out.Thanks to him, we were able to get the battery replaced and were on our way! “Needed a new battery and installation first thing in the morning on a Saturday. Auto Zone and Advance Auto Parts nearby this location just said “no” to me. Called O’Reilly, Myron said come on in, he had a new battery installed in 15 mins. Huge help to me, and clearly it just took the effort of an employee somewhere to get this done, I’m glad I got Myron. Good store. UPDATE - wrong store... I was on Sherman!!”

“One reason is that my son works there and he goes above and beyond… when he notice someone having a prob with their vehicle when he’s riding pass either on his way to work or when he gets off he always offer to help and refer them to get the parts they need from the oreilly he works at or other locations near their residence… I’ve witnessed him giving jumpstarts, putting on spare tires and checking fluids… oreilly is lucky to have him”

Even though the location didn't have my specific fob on site, John was able knew exactly the product I needed, ordered them for me, gave me an accurate estimate on when they would arrive and provided a proactive follow up as to when I could come in and have them programmed. As a regular batteries plus customer at this location I've worked with John on multiple occasions and find him to be a consumate professional, who consistently demonstrates that he has the knowledge, experience and expertise to answer any battery related questions.
