“This review is for Alec, the brightest and kindest person ever! We came in at 7:10 and there was a line to talk to sales people. Once he was available around 7:40 (closing time is 8), he still helped us purchase our iPhones. We had issues and he stayed late continuing to help us, and even went above and beyond to resolve a technical issue we had on Apple for yeaaaars. “Went to the Best Buy near the Mayfair Mall in Wauwatosa WI . The employees said hello to us and asked what we were looking for, told them a Television . A young girl by the name of DiDi asked a few questions and then showed us a couple . We were in and out within 10-15 minutes . No pressure about the warranty . She told us all we needed . The tv we purchased is top,of the line so there shouldn't be any issues setting up . “Know a guy who went in to purchase a 4K blu ray and left with an AV receiver due to the sales reps (lack of) knowledge. Once it was hooked up could not get the DVD in obviously. Accompanied to exchange for Blu Ray player and the experience was flawless. knowledgeable floor guy this time and easy transaction at the customer service desk.
