turned out very well, sprinkled some oat flakes on one side I would put them on the top of the bread before baking, the oat flakes are very tasty on top of a whole wheat loaf of bread. The bread is
made without Sodium, Salt. 2 T baking
soda is only sodium which has less salt
than 1/4 tsp of table salt which is
1500mg of sodium. 1500mg of Sodium is
the limit for most people. People with
