“First and foremost, a huge thanks to Deb and her team helping me out. I had first bought a pair of boots, but when they arrived I was expecting a gray/green color boot. No big deal they ordered another pair for me. I wore the boots for a few hours at work and my feet were hurting. This has never happened to me after buying a pair of Red Wing's. I returned these and they were covered under their 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Now I was back to the original pair I received. Mel measured my feet in the store, but I only had an old pair of my custom orthotics. This pair fit well until I got home and tried the on with my current orthotic. I went back and Shayla did the exchange for a wider size. Then I had a big flare up of my bursitis and plantar fasciitis. I started doing research on what type of shoes would be best for my high arches, bursitis, and plantar fasciitis. The pair I had was not the best Red Wing for my feet conditions. After getting in contact with the Manager, Deb, and one more visit to the store, Deb and her team came up with a resolution that is best for my feet. Red Wing staff thank you for all your patience through this entire ordeal! Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience.
