“We book rooms regularly at this hotel for our field technicians that work in the area. I work with Tonya the manager to get my rooms booked every time via email. She is always quick to respond with reservation confirmations and is super helpful. My technicians really enjoy staying at this hotel when they are working out of town as well. Keep up the great work!”

“So you wanna visit Devils Lake and save you a couple dollars? Well brother, you better saddle on up and head on down to the Thunderbird. Sure you can get an airBNB, have a comfortable and safe nights rest but where is the adventure in that? Having a meth addict perform karaoke at the top of his lungs at 3AM is what thunderbird is all about. Thunderbird has everything you need with a four star restaurant right next door! Leave civilized life behind and hop on over to the thunderbird brother!”

“Our stay was great room was clean as it should be, only thing I would say is Expedia overbooked our King room so we had to settle with 2) full size beds but we made it work for us, staff was very accommodating and got us a poolside room on 1st. Floor so we we're ok with that. Also we were happy to see it is a pet friendly hotel as we we're going to bring our 2) dogs along but decided to leave them home with family, it's nice to have that option though to bring pets along.”

“My son and I take an annual father/son trip. This year, we opted for Great Wolf Lodge | Wisconsin Dells. I found a really great Groupon, which came with a bunch of water park passes, so we also ended up bringing some of my son’s friends. We had a great time. The boys all loved the water park. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in close proximity of other really fun things to do, restaurants, etc.The only minor criticism I have is that the facility could use a refresh soon. The water park slides show stains from years of use, etc. Nothing that affects the fun, though.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend it to others, especially if you grab a Groupon and get the same great deal we did.”

The room was very nice too.Rooms: Clean, nice, spacious.Nearby activities: Walmart, Walgreens, Menards.Safety: Hotel Feels SafeFood & drinks: McDonalds, Culver’s, Taco Bell, Dominos, etc.”

“My 4 year old and I stayed in a king suite with the giant tub. The room was good. Microwave and fridge. We loved the tub!All the staff were super nice... even after my kid decided he was going to go exploring the hotel while I was on the potty. They had to look for him on the security cameras. The indoor pool area has a small play area for younger kids. The water slide was really fast. My 4 year old is 42 inches. He was just big enough to go down solo. There were no life guards. I just watched him and determined he could do it.Nearby activities: Short walk to knuckleheads!!”

“My family and I stayed here last weekend for my son's birthday, the hotel was nice and clean and the rooms were updated and clean as well! The pool was warm and perfect for my young kids! Service was great and were prompt with any requests. Safe to say we had a great time and would stay here again! The only negative thing I could say is the layout of the hotel is a bit confusing, but we managed!”

“Do not go to this resort it is infected with bed bugs and also has a sewerage problem. We went to the manager on duty she is a young girl and told her our problem. She told us nothing she can do about it and if we don't want to stay we can find another place. I ask to speak to the upper Manager she said it is the owner and he lives in Chicago. People don't wast your money on a low budget Motel that promises 5 star resort.”

“Very good location, right in the heart of the Dells, close to many attractions. I never felt unsafe or anything like that. Pretty good continental breakfast with juice, coffee, waffles, eggs, sausage, and other staples like that. They have an indoor pool, fitness center, and business center but did not go in to any of these.Facility is clean but a little dated. Room was clean and featured a fridge, microwave, small desk, two chairs, in-room coffee maker, and ironing board. The one complaint is that the bathroom is very small, and the bathroom door was somewhat warped and difficult to shut, and only opened about halfway. Also, the iron/ironing board was kept in the bathroom (I had never seen that before).Overall, I would stay here again. It's a solid middle-of-the-road hotel. I thought there was good value for what we paid. We did stay here out of season (late Oct.) and were not traveling with kids, but would have no problem staying here with kids to see the water parks.”

“It's a little confusing as to where to post my review. I'm not sure why there are so many different pages, they need to make it so that there is only one review page. I have never stayed at the resort but I have been to the outdoor water park and theme park many times. For the cost of admission, they always have sales and discounts. I recommend subscribing to their emails or periodically checking their site. Hades 360 is the best thrill ride there, I can honestly ride that all day and never get sick of it. One of the most popular rides so prepare for a wait. The Trojan horse go-kart is the best, I love the design of the track. The Triton's Fury and Triton's Rage are great raft slides if you're with friends or family. For parking, I would avoid going on a weekend if you want to get a better parking spot.”
