He took the time to carefully go over all of my questions and even contacted the Andersen representative directly to double-check the details and make absolutely sure my windows were ordered accurately. His attention to detail gave me confidence that I was placing the order correctly and that everything would be exactly what I needed.

He patiently answered all of my remaining questions and went the extra mile by reaching out to other Home Depot stores to see if they could help get my order picked up more quickly by using inventory available at other locations.
