“Great store to shop always support your local business larger than these large corporations like Home Depot Menards. They’re only in it for your money. There is no customer service but if you come to a place like this and you’re looking for a certain size bolt or something oddball you probably will find it here.”

“Pretty good store. Decent selection of inexpensive tools to take care of your projects. Walked around for awhile looking for something, never offered help from staff. Missed opportunity there, always work the add ons to make sales and ensure the customer has everything they need! Pleasantly greeted as soon as I walked in though, that's a plus.”

“I ordered online an otr microwave. Received a text that they did not have it in stock and will get a refund. I never got a confirmation on my refund so I went to the store. Talked to 2 employees and they couldn't seem to help me out so one of the staff grabbed Cody. Cody took me to the microwave section look into the microwave and helped me select another microwave in stock. Took me to the front and and checked me out. And I just paid for the difference. That was an excellent customer service by Cody.”
