“I’m glad to have a harbor freight in the falls. It’s nice having a cheaper option when all the surrounding stores (Menards, fleet farm, Home Depot), are always more expensive.
One thing I wish could be better for them (and this is not their fault) is the location. It’s tucked away and has had a lot of other business come and go through the same building. I think if more people knew it was there, it would get a lot more business.”
“I went to Menards first no one helped me plus it felt like 100 degrees in the store. I then drove over to Him Depot. Immediately someone asked if they could help me. The person walked to what I was looking for. The store temperature was great. Next time I will just go to Home Depot & forget Menards.”

“Stopped in for flowers and found a great selection of annuals and perennials as expected with multiple discounts, but was disappointed in the condition of many especially the hanging baskets. Sadly they look like they’ve weathered the recent storms and have not been watered properly. I was hoping to avoid building my own but couldn’t justify the cost of the nicely pre assembled.”
“Home Depot is a great resource for remodeling supplies, however if you are hoping to buy cabinet hinges for 1/4” overlay, they have only one style hinge available.”

“John and the team was amazing. I ordered an item from the Mequon ACE location that need up not being available for immediate pick up as the website said. That store called me but said the Jackson store had it. John made sure to put it on hold for me and had the cashier help me with my coupon honor from the other store too.
