26405 Grace Dr, Wind LakeSandy is an expert with animals. My dog has never had a better spa experience. How do I know? She was so relaxed when she got home you'd think she was drugged. She got a bath and has never been cleaner. She had her fur trimmed a bit on her paws and nails done too. I can't recommend Best Friends highly enough. The prices are reasonable as well, so I always add a tip for exceptional service.

7835 S Loomis Rd, Wind LakeOur cat AL had passed away. I took him there to be taken care of for our memories. The people who took care of him were very kind and gentle with him. We received AL'S ashes and a footprint back in a couple of days. Thanks to ALL the people for their help.

7910 S Loomis Rd, Wind LakeIt appeared that there was a power issue. The menu board at drive thru was not lit. Understandable. However I pulled up to the window and 4 girls looked my way so I know they saw me. Maybe they should be trained to at least let the customer know there is a problem. Most of us would understand. To just ignore is rude!
I was there at about 8:30 I believe. The board was dark I couldn’t read it so I pulled up to the window to let someone know. All they had to do was let me know. I could have come back.
