“Overall, Sparkle Auto Body is a no-muss, no-fuss kind of place that did the work very well for the right price.
My damage was purely cosmetic, but the scratches were deep, extensive and hit multiple panels alongside a huge dent in the car door. Sparkle was highly recommended by people around me and my insurance company. They worked very well and efficiently with my insurance company- one estimate was all that was needed and was accepted immediately. Even with insurance paying for most of it, the price seemed appropriate for the amount of work and parts.
I was able to get an idea of a time/cost estimate by driving right up, no appointment needed. We looked at the car outside together for about 10 minutes, and the manager was able to give me a good idea of what the time/price estimate would be. I had to schedule an appointment further out, but that just reflects how popular they are - for good reason.
The work itself was completed ahead of time. The work was limited to what actually needed fixing, not taking the entire car apart like some places do just to fix a surface scratch. They even took care of some other odds and ends scratches on my car besides the main damage, which was hugely appreciated. They had creative problem solving. When one of my car parts was no longer sold, they found a similar part in another color and just spray painted it to flawlessly match.
They also did a great job cleaning and detailing the car before I picked it up. Checkout was extremely fast and efficient, too. Everyone I spoke to was polite and to the point- that good ol' no-muss, no-fuss I mentioned.

“So my car battery has been having issues with all this cold and I have had to jump start it multiple times. It got to the point where If I turned off my car after an hour drive, it dint have the juice to turn it on. So I went to Auto Zone to get a new battery and run a diagnostic. Patricia helped me and she was awesome. Was fully ready to pay $230 for a new battery when she took the extra step and found out I still had a few weeks left on my warranty, so I ended up getting a free battery. I was so happy, i bought a few things for my car just cause I felt bad for not spending money. Patricia was Awesome!!!!! Made my day.”

“The customer service shown by Seth at this cottage grove,wi location was awesome I’m from Milwaukee,wi I was stranded with delivery van Sunday evening before Memorial Day literally shutdown right in front of O’Reilly store which was about to close in 45 minutes I went in asked Seth could he run test to see what was wrong but scanner wouldn’t work because of dead vehicle battery I asked about prices of batteries and battery pack to purchase to do test he told me and then said I have a personal battery pack in my vehicle so Seth grabbed it car started ran long enough to do test reading I need new alternator ,he showed me where it was located on engine said if I need anything else he would be inside for the next 30 minutes and let me know it was towing companies in area thanks again Seth for hospitality and help to ease my mind from vehicle breakdown with great service”
