He also didn't take the time to show me the phone or even set it up. So with that being said, my phone wasn't set properly and I was under the assumption it was. 4 days passed before I realized I wasn't receiving phone calls.After much frustration and 4 trips into the store I finally met Allen who saved me from leaving US Cellular and going someplace else.
