“We have been with Cellcom since the 1980's first in Green Bay and then in the Shawano WI area. Thought about switching to another cell provider when we relocated to Wapiti WY because we cannot get cell service unless we use WI-FI. Now that Cellcom offers WI-FI calling along with our Starlink system reception is excellent at our residence on Jim Mountain. What I really appreciate is their customer service! They answer the telephone and speak English that I can understand.”

“We were immediately greeted by the associate Levi. He asked to start by viewing my bill. He then proceeded to fix it from the previous associate (fired) whom had been overcharging me for better commission. Then, Levi helped us save even MORE money by finding the best trade in deal he could.We felt like valued customers, not just another paycheck. I would gladly recommend this store with it's current staff to anybody looking for a phone contract. The store itself is clean and well organized.”

“Recently I went in to purchase a new phone. A man who's name I'll leave unannounced helped me out on my first trip in. He was a very pushy salesman and sold me everything under the sun for my phone including a car charger that wasn't even the right kind for my phone. What a way to do business! He also didn't take the time to show me the phone or even set it up. So with that being said, my phone wasn't set properly and I was under the assumption it was. 4 days passed before I realized I wasn't receiving phone calls.After much frustration and 4 trips into the store I finally met Allen who saved me from leaving US Cellular and going someplace else. He helped me with my phone and did all the things the other salesman didn't do.Thank you again Allen, you are my go to now at US Cellular in Rapids!”

“UPDATED INFO: I've been to the store about a dozen times over the last 5 years, but haven't been there in about a year, so this review would be based on that information. The store isn't always stocked, and I haven't been back in the middle of the night in quite some time, but the daytime and 2nd shift employees who work there have been helpful. When my husband and I were OTR, we needed a place to park our semi for a few days once and they let us keep it in the parking lot, which was really cool of them. The store was also nicely cleaned, and I told the manager I've seen hundreds of Walmarts across this country and the Wisconsin Rapids was the cleanest I'd seen.”
