“La Quinta in Hoover is pet friendly, very clean, and a great location for area sightseeing. The breakfast room is cheerful and immaculate. Would have given 5-star for the room, which was clean and quiet, but the toilet flush didn't work. This should have been discovered and maintained before we arrived. Though inconvenient when our room was on the 2nd floor, fortunately there are restrooms on the main level.”

“As soon as you walk in, youre it instantly was a wonderful wonderful smile I love this smells of these hotels and they really have it clean and here it looks great in the parking lot is clean although it is pouring down rain today it is a very very very very very clean place would clean facilities. The restrooms are clean, the floors are clean they're not slippery wet, now the parking lot obviously it's pouring down rain so it is wet out here but it's not tracked through the place. We're actually meeting here for church today and one of their little rooms because we normally meet at Veterans Park outdoors and it's pouring rain so, this is very nice very well kept, very clean very beautiful place on the employees are extremely nice”

“I think some of y’all are too harsh on these reviews. YES this place is old. YES the wifi is not the quickest, but there is wifi. YES there might not be breakfast, but there’s a coffee machine in the rooms which was good enough for us and if you want more you can always ask. But you have remember this isn’t a Marriott. You pay for what you get. I had one of the outdoor rooms and it was pretty clean and wasn’t too noisy either considering I came Thursday and checked out Sunday morning. Oh and the bar next door is a very good area, we went for a few drinks and had a blast on our weekend getaway. We never really had time for the Wings place next door but still if you’re interested it looks decently nice there as well. If you’re reading this, give this place a chance.”

“Have to shout out Ashley from the night shift who was such a gracious host. My buddy and I walked into the hotel to check in and she was dealing with a disorderly and rude guest with such grace. Kudos to Ashley for her strong will and dedication to the hotel guests. My friend and I both work for hotel companies. We both agreed she handled that situation like a true professional.”

“I usually don’t write reviews, but after a recent experience at a Fairfield Inn in Marietta, GA (a review I’ll be sharing separately), I felt it was important to recognize this location for doing things the right way.

I have stayed at this property at least 10–15 times, and I leave happy every single time. The rooms are always clean, requests are consistently accommodated—or at the very least there is a genuine effort to meet them—and most importantly, the staff focuses on asking “How can I fix the problem?” rather than making excuses.

Thank you to the manager and entire staff for always making my stays enjoyable. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the clear training your team has on resolving issues by asking the right questions—ensuring guests leave satisfied and eager to tell five other people how great their stay was.”
