“The friendly folks at T-Mobile in Calera, AL have always been great. This time they outdid themselves. I went there with a broken cell phone and the manager, Mr. Scott, helped me right away and ordered a new phone for me. It came in the very next day! They e-mailed me that it was in, so I went there. Mr. Scott had Cindy, one of his BEST people, help me. She did the impossible. Somehow she was able to revive a totally broken cell phone in order for us to transfer data! Even Mr. Scott couldn't believe it! She not only activated and set up my new phone, Cindy made sure that ALL of my contacts, data, pictures, apps, etc. were transferred to my NEW phone! Cindy was also very friendly and polite. I couldn't ask for a better experience!!!”
