“I've been to this Exxon thousands of times because it is just around the corner from our house. To the right is the convenience store with a walk-in cold beer section and all the stuff you would expect from a "get it quick." To the left is a full liquor and wine store, both sides are connected by the shared check-out area. The owners are efficient, friendly, helpful, and nice. Exxon's gas is not the cheapest around; however, we don't have a lot of nearby options. This particular gas station is a little "tight" parking-lot wise, and sometimes, for no apparent reason, the pumps reject my credit card. #frustrating. I've even asked the owners what the problem is, and they've never been able to give me a good answer. The trash cans are never overflowing and there are never any undesirable types hanging out here. The tap to pay with credit card feature doesn't work on their payment devices, and I do *not* recommend you use their restroom/s -- just trust me on this. All in all, with only a few shortcomings, it's a nice Exxon and I'm happy it's here.”
“This station is my lunch stop almost every day. They serve breakfasts food and a variety of hot foods. They have a big variety of drinks and snacks. Plenty of gas pumps and some cool memoriabila. Ed the main man and the owner are great people. 5/5 all around”
“It is a great place to quickly pull your bike in for fuel. Fuel for yourself too as you go in to pay for the bike's fuel. One of the best Philly-Cheeze footlong sandwich this side of Philly is cooked fresh in very short order for the hungry biker. Well worth stopping in.”
“Don't know why a couple people has negative reveiws.... This place ALWAYS usually has the cheapest gas prices, 90 percent of the time I get my gas here, it's a great place to get gas, if you need something else go 100 yards down the road towards elkmo my and there is a dollar store pick up what you need there if it's snacks or something like that (it'll be cheaper because buds is a convenient store) the prices at a convenient are usually pricy. The drinks are pretty cheap though. I love this place! (Mainly for gas.)”
“Hidden gem, (Mi Mexico) this place has one of the best and most authentic Mexican little corners in the Athens area inside the convenience store.Not to forget the good service from the store front. I shouldn’t even be sharing this, but this place deserves to be shared.”
“Has a little of everything. The employees are such nice people! There is a lady I think she might be the owner and she is so very kind and polite.The hours may not always be accurate during the week. If it's slow during the night evening hours then they close a little earlier than normal only sometimes. Convenient location! Great Job everyone at First & Last Stop!”

But, what I do know of the owner and family you couldn’t ask for a better group to own the store very Christian and would love to talk to all so if you think it is slow prolly due to K ashy yacking to much! “Probably one of the only gas stations I'd actually stop at everyday. The management as well as employees are always friendly, even the late night ones, I have yet to see one person have an attitude or rude or disrespectful. I'd give a 5 star rating anyway. Great job guys! God bless”

“My medical situation had my husband so distracted he paid for gas and did not pump it. I could not remember, my chemo had me too loopy. We came by the next day, having not spoken to the owner about our error, and he had already issued credit! He had the credit recept out. What an honest guy! ♡”

“This is the busiest mapco! But let me tell you, the customers are always kind and patient. Today, there was a little old lady who probably had no business driving. She was as slow as molasses in the winter time. Other customers went over and above to help and accommodate her.
Helping her up the curb to the store, holding her door, helping her off the curb, pumping her gas, putting her walker away.
Everybody was smiling, chatting, telling stories, and this little lady went home feeling like a Queen.
This Mapco and it's customers never fails to surprise me. Keep it up!!
Oh and if you don't use the mapco app, you're missing out. I got 23 cents off per gallon today ?”

“No complaints and friendly people there. Was greeted at the door as I walked in and the way a person does, that says quite a bit about her as well as the business. She seemed happy to be there. Thumbs up!.She was Very friendly and we even chatted with each other.We purchased gas on the outside with the pumps and a card and that went well.I went on the inside for a drink and some other things.Nice people. Thank you for making our visit worth it. Keep it up. ??”

“I am having to change my review due to changes made in the store. Great bunch works there now. They just need to be able to hire more people for their first and second shifts. When schools out in the afternoon it’s a mad house. When ball games are going on and holidays it’s crazy up in there. But, the employees are still great. So if you don’t get the service you want or think you should get put yourself in there place.”
