UPDATE. Bought nose headphones open box. Lasted a year and a half and will no longer connect to anything. Not even the bose setup page. No more open box for me. Went through all troubleshooting with BOSE.

I love Best Buy. I'm considering buying another laptop and will definitely buy it from Best Buy. Every laptop i have purchased was bought at best buy. The staff has always been helpful 🙂
