“We came home from being out of town to a terrible smell, only to discover that our refrigerator had stopped working while we were away! After calling several appliance stores and having no luck finding a replacement, I remembered the wonderful experiences we’d had with Lewis Appliances in the past and decided to give them a call. I connected with Stephanie, and she truly went above and beyond! She was incredibly helpful, sent me pictures of different options, answered all my questions, and helped me find the perfect refrigerator for our family. Best of all, they had it delivered the very next day! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Stephanie and Lewis Appliances. Exceptional customer service from start to finish! Highly recommend!”

“We are having a good experience with AllSouth Appliance. Our Sales Representative , Jamon Suggs worked hard to the get the specific model washer that we need for our situation as quickly as possible. Christian and Justin gave us a flawless delivery in a laundry room situation that is VERY difficult to work with. We are experiencing a small issue with the washer, but I have every confidence that this company is going to resolve the issue for us. Recommend highly. UPDATE. Alright, problem solved! Carson came out from the Service Department. He had the proper tools, the knowledge and experience to solve our washer vibration problem. He did an excellent job and we really appreciate it.”

“All of the staff was extremely helpful. They were also upbeat and polite. It was a great experience compared to some of the other supply houses. I got everything I needed. A staff member actually helped me combine some of my material by using a combination kit which saved a few dollars and gave me some extra spares. I really appreciated the help and attention to detail. You have my business!”

“I seriously cannot explain how wonderful my experience at The Home Depot Hwy 280 was earlier this week. For the past few weeks my childhood dog has been fighting for his life, and what we all feared would happen reached it's fever pitch on Wednesday; We were advised to put him down as soon as possible. In the midst of freak sadness, I drove to The Home Depot determined to build a doggie casket - or, otherwise seen as, a simple wooden box. Walking through the doors, and back towards the lumber section, I quickly came to realize how little I knew about anything I was here to do. Which wood did I need? What hardware was necessary? Were my dimensions even right? I had no idea, so I just started wandering. Before I could stomach the thought that I should probably give up and just go home - I was approached by Austin S. Austin was incredibly nice and personable right off the bat, and quickly the conversation of my dogs soon-to-be passing came up. He showed me nothing but empathy and understanding. Without a second thought he dropped everything to help me not only finalize my dimensions, pick the best wood for the job, cut the lumber, and pick out hardware - BUT HE TOOK THE LEAD ON HELPING ME ASSEMBLE THE CASKET! It was service like I had truly never seen from an establishment, and I hope Home Depot never loses talent like Austin. To wrap up, he priced all the materials together and walked the fully built casket out to my car for loading. Thank you, Home Depot Hwy 280 - thanks to you my precious pet will be honored exactly the way I had hoped. This will never be forgotten!”

“The poplar I had bought was a straight-edged piece of wood. In short, it was a pretty good one. It did not warp, and it was excellent. It was good for what I wanted to do with it—I made a piano stand of it, and it looked fine.”

“Was in the area, Courtney has been talking for a while about wanting to buy himself a tool set. So we came into Home Depot. I've had some issues with other HD in the area especially when ordering items online from them so I figure it's always better to shop in store. We walked around for a while. Looking at tools, light fixtures and other items. Honestly, HD is one of those stores you can walk around in and just look at all sorts of items and be entertained for a long period of time! Though we did walk out empty handed, we still had fun looking at the various items sold in store!”

“Additional bathroom storage can help keep everyday items organized and reduce clutter around the vanity and other surfaces. Options may include recessed niches, wall cabinets, shelving, linen storage, or custom cabinetry. Compared with relying on limited existing storage, dedicated organization makes it easier to separate towels, toiletries, and household supplies. Careful planning helps maximize available space without making the room feel crowded. A completed storage improvement can make the bathroom more functional while maintaining a clean appearance.”

“We recently purchased a new home computer from the Best Buy on Highway 280, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish The associate who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer every question we had without ever making us feel rushed.. Buying a computer can be overwhelming, but he explained everything clearly and helped us feel confident that we were making the right choice for our needs. He was kind, patient, considerate, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us, not just making a sale. Employees like him are exactly what every Best Buy should strive to have. Excellent customer service is becoming harder to find these days, and this experience reminded us how much it matters.Thank you for making what could have been a stressful purchase such an easy and enjoyable one.”
