UAB Campus Recreation is an amazing, well-equipped rec-center that can handle a lot of people. It features a giant pool, a large gym with new and well-kept machines, a large basketball gym with four courts, an indoor track and soccer field, and a large rock climbing wall. It is a beautiful and great place to workout, chill, float, or play a quick game. The gym area is clean and can be pretty empty during off-peak hours, though it can be crowded during the school year. The rec employees are top notch and helpful. Some noted that parking is a problem and suggested adding more handicap parking. Others suggested adding specific equipment, more clearly marked rock wall routes, and later hours for students. Water aerobics and other classes are offered.
Very nice. I went there for a jujitsu competition. The students at UAB should be proud of this place. Indoor pool, exercise room, basketball courts, racket ball courts, table tennis. Very clean well organized

The gorgeous building and infrastructure in Birmingham is our rec centre. Totally worth your moment.
