“Great price, free shipping. No damage when the 500# of bumper plates arrived. The 45# plates and the 25# were boxed by themselves. No smell that I can tell. Very happy with my purchase.”

“Best pharmacy in town. The staff there greets you by name once you become a regular an do a great job of getting all your prescriptions done on time so you dont have to wait very long. There is no where else I'd go, they really treat you like a good friend.”

“The store itself is great and everything seems to usually work. Busier sometimes more than othes, but usually because people can't follow directions and come in the wrong way. Then they get blocked or try to go out the wrong way as well. It's not like there are signs and arrows everywhere!”

“I usually love going to Sam’s but the one in Trussville was just Plain filthy . I understand that they are very busy during this holiday season ! But it’s so unacceptable for the bathrooms to be in that condition! No toilet paper in the stalls either ! But it’s was just filthy ! They are definitely shorthand’s so I understand. They had to close the cafe because of being short handed !”

“We like this Sam's! They, as a rule, have the same items (brand, size etc) each time we shop.

Produce section:
Large variety of both fruits and vegetables. Many items (grapes, cherry tomatoes, and pomegranate, mangos, dragonfruit and such) are sold in individual or small lots that can easily be consumed by my husband and I before they go bad. That makes sense to purchase. However, purchasing items in bulk from produce, for example onions, may not be as smart of a purchase for a family of 2 as they not be consumed before they become over ripe.

Dairy section:
Milk, eggs, butter (salted, unsalted and Kerry are staples in our home), cream cheese, and other items such as Vanilla Almond Milk have been in stock each visit. The prices are lower than our local food store (Curry)

Meat section:
There is a large selection of beef, chicken, pork and lamb as well as seafood and fish.

Frozen section:
There are many sections and a good selection of ready to heat items and frozen vegetables and fruits. However; these tend to change availability often.

Dry good and staples:
Fair selection of these items. On most of our shopping visits the items on our list were available. Obviously, some things are just not sold to be purchased by small families.

They have a decent section of office supplies, cleaning supplies, clothing and seasonal.

The store has been clean each visit. When there are spills - the employees have been responsive in a timely manner.

Employees throughout the store have been helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We like the newer system that will verify that all items (especially self check) that does not require the person at the exit to stop each person exiting and verify that items were scanned! It really saves time!”
