“The staff were great at helping me and my son find the correct size shoes for him plus find the right shoes for me! They were polite and the lady even joked around with me for a bit. I was super embarrassed bc I had an issue with my new card at checkout and instead of being frustrated with me the cashier said she'd hold onto my stuff for me to go to the bank and right back and she was unbelievably kind about it! I came back 15 mins later to retrieve my items and she had them ready for me and was so sweet. I would recommend this business to everyone!”

Even though I was strictly browsing, Caleb in the shoe section went out of his way to help me find things beyond his department and even recommended an app that made planning a walking trail trip much easier. He was also a great sport when I accidentally spilled my water—he cleaned it up immediately, keeping customer safety and experience a priority.
The great service continued at checkout, where Olivia helped me buy some Harbinger gloves I really needed and found discounts that brought the price down to less than $2! That level of service and care is what makes a store stand out.
I can’t wait to come back to Dick’s Sporting Goods in Florence, AL for all my workout and fitness needs. Highly recommend this location!
