Then, prior to leaving the store Kathryn stopped me, went into the back, and actually found the product that I was looking for for my son. I found a store in Irondale Latifa and hendry greeted me with a smile when I walked in saved me money and set up my phone they also imported my contacts. I've been dealing with cricket for a while and no other store would help me import my contacts for me. I live on the south side and I will be dealing with this store f om now on”

He always has a very positive attitude, he never rushes you and most importantly he makes sure you as the customer understands what’s going on no matter the situation. I’ve witnessed this young man multitask and serve multiple customers at one time, and he even fought tooth and nail to help a customer get an issue fixed on their account, all while I was just simply purchasing a new phone.
