He took time to explain every procedure and each step to be taken, so we are better informed concerning her health. I appreciate his time, & I felt like he was never in a rush to get us in & out without answering all questions first. I feel very comfortable knowing our pets are under his care. The office and waiting area are "spic-n-span" clean each time we are there. Just a great place to take your precious pets !!!!

When I opened the box at home, it didn't look like the chocolate pies that I have ordered in the past. It didn't have the topping on it and it looked like a browny. It was chocolate but not what I was expecting. It looked baked. I didn't call them to see if they had changed their recipe or added this type of pie to the selection. The other food purchased was great.
