He met me late at night after hours for an emergency screen repair, had it done in less than 5mins for 1/4 the cost of Apple, didn't require any phone reset or data loss. It's working perfectly. “Yesterday morning my phone completely stopped working, didn’t turn on or anything. Due to work, I have to have a phone so it was urgent being that I had work about 6 hours after I found out I was without one. Staff helped answer all my questions and I was in and out knowing all details and with the phone I wanted in about an hour. Clean, professional, friendly. Would recommend this Cricket store to anyone. 5 stars easy.”

Tiffany took the time to recover my Google account find my microphone and do all the little things I could never do with this new phone. She also told me about the one phone I could afford in the store.
