“Had a great experience at Fleet Feet Birmingham today! I was in the area for a doctor's appointment and decided to stop by to get some socks. I was immediately greeted and welcomed in by Ben. I told him I came by for some socks. So he walked me over to the sock wall to show me the selection. I broke my leg back in December of last year and I'm still in physical therapy trying to recover, therefore, still dealing with swelling. I've had a hard time for the last 8 months trying to find a sock that will fit over my swollen foot. He pointed me to some Balega Ultraglide. He had some in their try-on bin so he let me try a pair out. And even let me try on some shoes with the socks to see how it felt. Ben was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made it a very nice experience and I'm glad he is on the FF Bham team!! I had fun trying on shoes and socks and it was a nice impromptu outing for the day. I love Fleet Feet Bham and can't wait to go back when I'm ready for a new pair of shoes!!”
“A podiatrist sent me to Trak Shak, actually, but New Balance is what he told me to buy, and that's what stuck in my head....so that's where we went. And my husband and I were not disappointed! I'm embarrassed (kind of, but not really) to admit I actually went into that store THREE times, exchanging two pairs before finally being happy with my purchase - COMPLETELY my fault, not theirs. Because my feet have become so troublesome, I had to learn what size shoe I wear all over again...now I have the right size, which is NOT what I've been wearing for the last 30 years! All this to say that the associates were so very helpful, understanding and patient, and had no problem with my multiple exchanges. I've learned a lot about shoes, finally, and though they can't FIX my feet, I will be much more comfortable now, thanks to four nice guys who did not act at all put out with my impatient ignorance! (Impatient to get some shoes and go home, not because of anything they did, and ignorant about how shoes should fit!)

“Adam was very accommodating and knowledgeable when it came to suits. I was able to come in and get fitted for a suit for a wedding I had the following weekend. They were able to tailor in time for the wedding. Great prices and very friendly staff! Would definitely come back if I find myself in the area again.”

I went in the store on a Saturday, December 22nd just to look around. i didn't expect much help this close to Christmas but with the help of the friendly staff, I walked out with 2 great new jackets. “This is one of the best boutiques in the Birmingham area. The owner is so sweet and genuinely kind to everyone who walks in. She gets to know her customers and is so helpful. They have the cutest clothes. Everything is affordable, unlike other boutiques in the area. “Girls at the Hoover location were fun and helpful! I bought 2 pairs of DR Martens, Birkenstock clogs, and Cole Hahn dress shoes for several different reasons. I also purchased several extra pairs so I could let my son try them on at home because he had a funeral out of town for his best buddies family member. We were stressed out and trying to get outfits together and he is NOT a fan of shopping. I explained that I was buying more than I needed and they were very helpful and didn’t frown at me when I returned a couple of pairs that didn’t work. I actually ended up buying more than I expected because they were so helpful that when I asked about a discount on Dr martens they told me to check the website. The price online was significantly lower $169 in store vs. $99 on line. When I asked if they would match the online price they asked the manager for me and I received the discounted price which was a huge help at Christmas time! Fun to shop there as I was there for several hours over a 2 day period buying and returning shoes. Good customer service and very helpful and of course I was shopping near closing time! If they were irritated it wasn’t to my face which was nice with everything we had going on during the holidays. I recommend this location!”
